- daily meal preparation for hospitalized children
- the provision of meals to mothers of newborns receiving care in the neonatal unit
- the production of specialized nutritional preparations, particularly those based on fortified flours, for children suffering from malnutrition
the adaptation of dietary intake to the specific needs of young patients
